Below are the most recent updates regarding our work to secure $3 million in the FY27 state budget:

We’re very pleased that the Governor included $500,000 funding for the program in her initial FY27 budget proposal. However, we also know that substantial investment is required to combat college hunger across the state. Consistent with ARPA funding received in 2021, the Coalition is requesting that the initiate be funded at $3 Million in the FY27 Budget.
